We are seeking a proactive and skilled Operations Manager to join our expanding fast food restaurant team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations and a passion for maintaining excellence in food quality, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistent brand standards and operational efficiency. Your duties will include:
- Overseeing daily activities across various units to guarantee smooth and efficient operations
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain high-quality standards
- Leading and motivating area teams to achieve excellence in service and operational performance
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance speed of service and overall customer satisfaction
- Utilizing POS systems and data analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- More than 5 years of experience in the fast food or hospitality sector within Saudi Arabia
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards to uphold compliance
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team development and management
- Proficiency in using POS systems and managing operational data
- Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English (bilingual proficiency preferred)
- A valid Saudi Arabian driving license with the flexibility to travel between different branches
