Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Technician with strong customer support capabilities to join our team at a mobile shop located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing technical assistance in mobile device repairs and delivering excellent service to our customers daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile device issues efficiently.
• Perform repairs and maintenance of mobile phones and related accessories.
• Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and providing guidance about products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mobile Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Resident permit (Iqama) and legal documentation arrangements will be provided.
