We are currently looking for a skilled Immigration Counsellor to assist expatriates with comprehensive immigration and relocation solutions. This role involves guiding clients through complex immigration processes while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide expert advice on immigration regulations, help clients navigate procedures smoothly, and promote services effectively to meet client needs. Managing documentation, addressing enquiries, and offering personalized support throughout the relocation journey are essential duties.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in immigration counselling
• In-depth understanding of immigration laws and regulations
• Strong communication abilities, with a focus on customer service
• Capability to interact professionally with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is preferred
