Vissa Consulting is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Female Immigration Counselor to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to clients regarding visa and immigration procedures, ensuring a smooth and informed experience throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities

The counselor will assist clients by providing clear explanations about visa requirements and documentation. Responsibilities include counseling clients in English, Hindi, and Urdu, addressing their queries, and maintaining strong, supportive relationships throughout their immigration journey. A thorough understanding of immigration processes and the ability to handle multiple client needs independently is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Urdu; additional languages are advantageous
• Proven expertise in handling customer inquiries and counseling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in immigration consulting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with European work permits or visit visas is a plus
• Attention to detail and professionalism in client communications
