Job Overview

A well-established Turkish restaurant in Jeddah is urgently seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to join their team as Waiters, Chef, and Cleaner. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about hospitality and delivering authentic Turkish dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Waiters:

• Deliver exceptional table service with knowledge of menu items and food presentation.
• Assist with food running and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules to meet restaurant demands.

Chef:

• Prepare and cook traditional Turkish dishes like Edam, kebabs, and baklava, preserving authentic flavors and high-quality standards.
• Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and maintain hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and adjust to various shift timings.

Cleaner:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas.
• Consistently uphold sanitation standards and organize the work environment daily.
• Demonstrate reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
• Support smooth restaurant operations by working flexible shifts.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in restaurant service.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
• For Waiters and Chef roles, preference will be given to Turkish nationals with expertise in Turkish cuisine and culture.
• The Cleaner position prefers Nepalese nationals experienced in maintaining hygiene in food service environments.
