Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee our establishment in Jeddah. This role requires someone with proven experience in managing the full spectrum of restaurant activities, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of the restaurant, including staff supervision, kitchen coordination, and maintaining service flow. They will also oversee inventory management, control orders, and handle basic accounting tasks. Ensuring quality standards, hygiene compliance, and customer satisfaction are a top priority in this role. The manager must be capable of working efficiently under pressure and resolving operational challenges independently.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in restaurant operations is essential.
• Strong leadership qualities and operational expertise are required to manage the team and processes effectively.
• Experience with Indian, Hyderabadi, or Desi cuisine is highly preferred to align with our food offerings.
• Applicants must demonstrate responsibility, discipline, and a strong work ethic.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from SAR 2000 to SAR 2500, commensurate with experience. In addition, food and accommodation are provided as part of the employment package.
