We are currently seeking two skilled senior chefs to join a reputable restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Both positions require expertise in specialized cuisines with a focus on delivering authentic and high-quality dishes. Candidates should be passionate about cooking and maintaining consistent taste and presentation standards.

Key Positions Available

• Hyderabadi Dum Biryani Chef: This role demands mastery in preparing authentic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani with an emphasis on flavor consistency and traditional preparation techniques. Prior experience with Hyderabadi cuisine will be an advantage.
• Tandoor & Indian-Chinese Chef: Responsibilities include handling Tandoor and BBQ preparations, alongside a strong focus on Indian-Chinese fusion dishes. Attention to detail in taste and presentation is essential.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must currently reside in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Jeddah.
• Possession of a valid Iqama is highly preferred.
• Holding a Baladiya card is an added benefit.
• Immediate availability to join the team is required.
