Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of chicken-based dishes including different flavored pizzas and shawarma. Duties include dough preparation, sauce making, assembling wraps, and operating the pizza oven proficiently.

• Prepare chicken pizzas with various flavors according to recipe standards
• Make authentic chicken shawarma and wraps
• Prepare sauces and dough for pizza and shawarma
• Operate and maintain pizza ovens safely and efficiently

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must demonstrate a solid background in preparing Middle Eastern and Italian fast-food items, specifically chicken pizzas and shawarma wraps. Experience with dough preparation and sauce creation is essential. The role requires a dedicated and hardworking individual who takes pride in delivering consistent, quality food products.
