Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Pakistani BBQ items and Karahi dishes following authentic recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, adhering to health regulations.
• Manage stock and inventory of ingredients to ensure freshness and availability.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to deliver quality food products promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience cooking authentic Pakistani BBQ and Karahi dishes.
• Possession of a valid Baladiya (Health) Card is mandatory.
• Currently residing in Jeddah to ensure immediate availability.
