Job Overview

We are a vibrant specialty coffee shop located near Al Ittihad Stadium in the Mishrifah district of Jeddah. Our mission is to provide exceptional coffee experiences by crafting artisanal beverages in a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Barista to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve expertly crafted espresso, coffee, and other specialty drinks.
• Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and offer tailored menu suggestions to enhance their visit.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently and manage cash handling responsibilities.
• Ensure the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas remain clean and well-maintained throughout shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and maintain the freshness of all ingredients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a barista in a busy coffee environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
• Excellent communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
• A friendly demeanor with a customer-focused and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and weekends.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary ranging between 2,500 and 3,000 SAR per month, depending on experience. Additional benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and a flight allowance to support your well-being and work-life balance.
