A reputable catering company located in Jeddah is seeking a skilled Asian Cook to join their team. This role involves preparing large quantities of food, primarily for catering events, while adhering to high standards of hygiene and efficient kitchen practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes typical of Indian, Pakistani, or Bangladeshi cuisine.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to meet catering deadlines.
• Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.

Requirements

• Must be of Indian, Pakistani, or Bangladeshi nationality.
• Valid Iqama is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid health certificate.
• Proven experience working in the catering sector, particularly with large-scale food preparation.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene regulations and sanitation practices.
• Ability to adapt to a busy kitchen setting and follow directions accurately.
