Join a leading company in the Food and Beverage industry as a Warehouse Manager based in Jeddah – Al Khemrah. This role offers the chance to lead warehouse operations while ensuring efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Warehouse Manager, you will take charge of overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. This includes managing the receipt, storage, picking, and issuance of materials. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and coordinating regular physical counts to resolve any discrepancies promptly.

You will also ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards according to company policies. Collaborating closely with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams will be essential to maintain seamless workflows. Leading and motivating the warehouse team, assigning daily tasks, and monitoring their performance will be part of your core duties.

Optimizing warehouse layout and processes to enhance productivity and minimize waste will be a continuous focus. Additionally, maintaining proper documentation and reporting while identifying opportunities to improve operations and reduce costs are key responsibilities.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience managing warehouse operations, preferably within the restaurant or Food & Beverage sector. Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management tools is essential for success in this role.

Strong leadership skills combined with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities will enable you to excel in managing the team and handling daily challenges. A good command of English, both written and spoken, is also required to communicate effectively across departments.

The position demands the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high standards.
