We are seeking a confident and dynamic Female Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day dining room operations at our restaurant in Jeddah. This role requires a customer-focused leader who can ensure guests receive outstanding service while maintaining smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Supervise daily activities on the restaurant floor ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house staff to maintain high motivation and team cohesion.
• Guarantee excellent customer service standards and promptly address any guest concerns or feedback with professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Ensure the restaurant meets cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards at all times.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor team performance to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management roles. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to motivate the team and interact effectively with guests.
