We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in MEP and Fit-Out sectors. This role is perfect for someone eager to drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and fostering strong client relationships within the construction and interior fit-out industries.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for spotting and developing new business leads specifically in MEP and Fit-Out projects. Building and nurturing lasting connections with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers will be critical. You will actively engage in tender processes, helping prepare competitive proposals to win new projects. Conducting thorough market research to stay aware of potential clients and upcoming ventures will support sales initiatives. Coordination with estimation, engineering, and project teams is essential to align business development strategies with operational capabilities. Additionally, preparing presentations, commercial offers, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to meet targets forms a core part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 to 4 years of proven experience in business development within the MEP, construction, or fit-out industries.
• Strong understanding of the construction market dynamics and project tendering processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, including verbal and written skills.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
