Job Overview

AGS Logistics is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our global freight forwarding operations in Jeddah. This role focuses on driving sales, marketing initiatives, overseeing operations, managing teams, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction within the shipping and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand freight forwarding business.
• Manage operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Lead and mentor a team to achieve business targets and maintain high-performance standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of practical experience in global freight forwarding, particularly within Saudi Arabia.
• At least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and market dynamics.
