Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive with 3 to 7 years of experience within the GCC, specializing in the fire protection and life safety systems sector. This role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving business growth by securing new projects and contracts for fire protection services, maintenance, and sales across the GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities involving fire alarm, firefighting, suppression systems, emergency lighting, and comprehensive life safety solutions compliant with local civil defense standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, MEP companies, and facility management firms is essential to generate ongoing leads and project pipelines.

Additional duties include managing the entire sales process from initial lead generation, performing site visits, conducting techno-commercial negotiations, preparing proposals, to closing orders. You will review tenders, BOQs, drawings, and specifications and collaborate closely with technical and estimation teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

It is critical to ensure that all products and services offered comply with Civil Defense, NFPA, and other relevant fire safety standards applicable in the GCC. The role also involves staying informed about competitor activities, market pricing, upcoming projects, and trends to contribute to strategic business planning. Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining an active sales pipeline is key. Additionally, you will support post-sale activities including follow-ups on payments, contract variations, and coordination with operation teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of practical experience within the GCC fire protection or fire and life safety industry.
• A well-established professional network with contractors, consultants, and facility management companies in the region.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, firefighting equipment, and suppression solutions.
• Familiarity with Civil Defense approval procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Valid GCC driving license is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
