We are seeking a detail-focused Finance and Sales Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage financial reconciliation processes and sales operations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout. Primary duties include:

• Downloading account statements from various dashboards to perform invoice-payment reconciliations.
• Raising Credit Notes for deductions, refunds, and necessary adjustments.
• Monitoring payments receipt to guarantee on-time settlements against issued invoices.
• Conducting daily bank reconciliations and maintaining comprehensive financial records.
• Entering sales orders into SAP on a daily basis and reconciling sales data accordingly.
• Updating and tracking daily orders via Google Sheets and escalating operational concerns promptly.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless financial and sales workflow.
• Maintaining high accuracy in financial and operational reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency and experience in the following areas:

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and experience with reconciliation procedures.
• Understanding of payment gateways and finance operation processes.
• Previous exposure to sales operations with an emphasis on e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SAP utilization.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, especially in a remote work setting.
