Nafatha Construction & Decoration Works, based in Jeddah, is urgently seeking a motivated Telemarketing Sales Representative. This role focuses on promoting a wide range of services including construction, renovation, fit-out, and decoration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads and supporting sales initiatives to grow the company’s client base.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties of this position include reaching out to potential clients to introduce and promote Nafatha’s specialized services. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, arranging appointments, and following up consistently to build strong customer relationships. Supporting the sales team in closing projects and preparing daily call and sales activity reports are also essential parts of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Basic computer proficiency to manage calls and reports efficiently.
