Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies aimed at both candidate and client acquisition. This includes managing multi-channel digital campaigns, crafting engaging social media content, and enhancing brand visibility. Conducting detailed market research to identify key sectors requiring skilled, semi-skilled, or professional manpower is essential. Additionally, the role supports the business development team by preparing proposals, pitch presentations, and client-facing promotional materials. Monitoring campaign performance and providing detailed ROI reports to management will also play a crucial part in this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working in a manpower or recruitment company is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and branding techniques.
• Ability to conduct market analysis and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
