Modern Building Factory, a leading manufacturer specializing in Light Gauge Steel (LGS) prefabricated buildings in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Engineer. This role is designed for a professional with a solid engineering background coupled with strong sales and marketing expertise, focused on driving growth and expanding market presence for innovative, cost-effective construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at boosting product awareness and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include identifying new customer segments in the construction sector, delivering technical presentations highlighting the benefits of LGS technology, and preparing detailed commercial proposals. The role also involves maintaining enduring client relationships, analyzing market trends and competition, participating in industry events, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align client needs with company capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction or building materials industry, preferably with steel or prefabricated building products.
• Strong technical understanding of construction engineering principles.
• Proficiency in market analysis and sales strategy development.
• Fluent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Saudi driving license with readiness to travel locally and beyond as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of Light Gauge Steel construction systems and their advantages.
• Strong negotiation and client engagement skills.
• Ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
• A passion for sustainable building methods and innovation in construction technologies.
