Key Responsibilities

As an Immigration Marketing Consultant, your daily tasks will include:

• Handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and social media to provide accurate and clear information about various immigration programs.
• Personalizing communication using predefined templates to meet each client’s unique immigration needs and objectives.
• Advising clients on available immigration options and programs to help them make informed decisions.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through ongoing support and timely follow-ups.
• Converting leads into clients by closing contracts and achieving set financial targets professionally.
• Managing confidential immigration documents and client case files with accuracy and discretion.
• Effectively multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment to process cases and respond quickly to client needs.

Required Skills and Experience
