We are looking for a talented Creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Food & Beverage industry based in Jeddah. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing innovation, a strong grasp of industry trends, and a creative mindset to enhance brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will monitor emerging trends within the food and lifestyle sectors both locally and internationally. You will explore new products, concepts, packaging, services, and technologies to improve the overall customer experience. Regular visits to our branches will be required to identify any gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities along the customer journey. Additionally, tracking competitors and analyzing social media and cultural trends will help generate actionable insights for creative campaigns and brand activations. Sharing these insights with the team and contributing to brainstorming sessions will be vital aspects of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or the Food & Beverage industry, preferably with restaurant exposure.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong understanding of F&B, lifestyle trends, social media dynamics, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent research ability combined with strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, observant, proactive, and highly creative approach to work.
