Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to efficiently oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials according to daily schedules. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Storekeeper will be responsible for supervising the flow of materials, including receiving and dispensing them reliably. Duties include preparing and maintaining precise records of all inventory, coordinating with quality and safety inspectors, and ensuring the warehouse complies with hygiene, health, and safety standards. Additional responsibilities involve verifying the quality and quantity of incoming materials, issuing receipt vouchers, and organizing storage areas to maintain a clean and orderly environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum education requirement: High School diploma or vocational training, combined with relevant job experience and training.
• At least seven years of hands-on experience in a related warehouse or inventory management role.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English to maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively.

Work Environment

The role is based in Jeddah and requires adherence to strict safety and hygiene policies in the warehouse. The Storekeeper ensures a secure workspace for all personnel while managing materials efficiently in fast-paced conditions.
