Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Overseeing daily facility operations, setting goals, and implementing policies to improve efficiency.
Financial Administration: Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and overseeing billing and accounts.
Human Resources: Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff, as well as coordinating with medical professionals.
Compliance & Safety: Ensuring the facility adheres to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and health standards.
Strategic Planning: Developing organizational strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving patient care services
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in health administration, health management, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is often required, particularly in supervisory roles.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, financial management, and data analysis skills are essential.
