Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Health Administrator to manage daily operations at a healthcare facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for ensuring efficient facility management, financial oversight, staff coordination, and compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the healthcare facility, setting targets and implementing policies to maximize organizational efficiency.
• Manage budgeting processes, monitor expenses closely, and supervise billing and account activities.
• Lead human resource functions including recruiting, training, scheduling, and working closely with medical professionals to maintain seamless service delivery.
• Ensure the facility complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws as well as health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans aimed at enhancing patient care services and overall organizational growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in health administration, health management, or a related discipline is required.
• Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably with supervisory responsibilities, is essential.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Competence in financial management and data analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
