Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Female Marketing and Administrative Executive to join our team in Jeddah. This role requires a dynamic professional who can effectively manage marketing activities alongside administrative responsibilities, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling recruitment appointments and maintaining consistent communication with clients to understand and fulfill manpower needs. This includes regular follow-ups and occasional face-to-face visits for business development and client coordination. Additional duties involve sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the candidate database, and accurately completing European visa application forms. The role also demands multitasking across various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth interaction between clients and candidates, and submitting daily work reports as per company guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in marketing combined with administrative functions. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, email communication, and reporting tools, is essential. Experience in recruitment processes and candidate coordination is required, while knowledge of visa documentation and procedures will be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical to foster good relationships with clients and candidates. The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines is also necessary. Candidates should hold a transferable Iqama, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
