Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller and Operations Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. This role involves managing all project-related documentation while supporting operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and compliance. Candidates with familiarity in SABER software will have an advantage, as the position requires handling product registrations and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire document control process, including receiving, distributing, and filing incoming and outgoing project documents. You will coordinate closely with engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely submission and approval of all documentation. Maintaining accurate records of drawings, technical submittals, and correspondence will be essential. Additionally, providing operational support through effective daily coordination and reporting tasks will form a significant part of your duties. Managing SABER registrations, product certifications, and monitoring shipment compliance will be preferred skills for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of practical experience in document control or operations coordination.
  • Working knowledge of SABER system is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and document management software.
  • Strong communication abilities and excellent organizational skills.
  • Preferred candidates: Filipino or Indian nationality.
