We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Female Accountant cum Administrative Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. This role combines essential accounting duties with administrative support, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including managing invoices and ledgers. Key tasks include handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting audit processes. Additionally, managing petty cash, tracking expenses, and performing various administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence are integral to the role. The position also involves coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams, as well as assisting with HR-related functions like attendance and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Zoho accounting software is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, alongside the ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Experience
Experience working within construction or project-based companies is advantageous. Familiarity with local accounting regulations, including VAT compliance and using Zoho accounting tools, will be considered a plus.
