Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist and Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah. This role combines data entry, travel coordination, and general office administration, designed for candidates with a strong background in documentation and customer service. The position initially offers a three-month freelance contract with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, handling customer communications, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key duties include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports; coordinating travel arrangements and ticket bookings; and ensuring both digital and physical records are well organized. Additional tasks involve providing general service support to the office and assisting with related administrative duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have at least two years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably within administration or related fields. A minimum education level of F.A, Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or Finance is required. Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Arabic will be advantageous for effective communication. Strong IT skills are essential, including expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet usage, and familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
Additional Requirements
The position is open to candidates from Azad Kashmir, Pakistan, India, and the Philippines on a contract basis. Applicants must hold a valid Iqama with at least six months remaining. Possession of a driving license is considered a plus but is not mandatory. Immediate joining is prioritized for candidates located in Jeddah.
Contract and Salary
This is a temporary freelance role with a probation period of three months. Upon satisfactory performance, there is potential for transfer to a permanent position. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
