Description

We are hiring an Accounts & Inventory Clerk for an auto spare parts company in Jeddah.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate VAT sales invoices

2. Enter sales and purchase data in ERP / Daftra system

3. Update and maintain inventory records

4. Reconcile physical stock with system records

5. Prepare daily and monthly reports

6. Maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or inventory

2. Experience with ERP / invoicing systems (Daftra preferred)

3. Basic knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations

4. Good Excel skills

5. Responsible and detail-oriented

6. Transferable Iqama preferred

7. Immediate joining preferred

Salary:
2,000 – 3,000 SAR (based on experience)
