Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Inventory Clerk to join a reputable auto spare parts company based in Jeddah. This role involves handling financial documentation, managing inventory data, and ensuring accurate reporting in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Accounts and Inventory Clerk will be responsible for preparing precise VAT sales invoices and entering sales and purchase data into the ERP/Daftra system. Maintaining and updating inventory records, performing stock reconciliations to match physical stock with system data, and compiling daily and monthly reports will also be essential. Ensuring all documentation is properly organized and accessible is a critical part of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in accounting or inventory management. Familiarity with ERP or invoicing systems, specifically Daftra, is highly desirable. A solid understanding of Saudi VAT regulations and competence in Excel for data handling are important. The ideal candidate will be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently.

Additional Requirements

A transferable Iqama is preferred. Immediate availability to join the team will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Location

The salary range offered for this position is between 2,000 and 3,000 SAR per month, depending on the candidate’s experience. The role is based in Jeddah.
