Sarco, a subcontractor engaged in the prestigious Diriyah Project, is seeking two skilled Document Controllers to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is open for immediate joining. Candidates of Indian, Pakistani, or Filipino nationality are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documentation according to company and project standards. This involves maintaining accurate filing systems, safe archiving, and efficient retrieval of documents. They will ensure proper registration, distribution, and tracking of all documents within the project timeline. Coordination with various project teams to facilitate timely submission and approval of documents is crucial. Additionally, the roles require monitoring document revisions to maintain version control and ensuring strict compliance with project documentation procedures at all times.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must have proven experience as Document Controllers with a background in construction or large-scale projects. Proficiency in using Aconex software is mandatory for this role. Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills are vital. The ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential. Immediate availability will be preferred.
