Fame Frame Co., along with Punjabi Restaurant and The Fame Hotels, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional who can efficiently manage zakat compliance, VAT filing, audit coordination, and in-depth financial analysis while leading a team of junior accounting staff across our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial operations related to zakat, tax, VAT, audits, and financial reporting. Primary duties include:

• Preparing and submitting zakat returns aligned with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations.
• Ensuring all tax documentation is completed and filed promptly to maintain compliance.
• Coordinating with external auditors during the annual audit process, preparing necessary financial statements and related documentation.
• Implementing audit recommendations and enhancing internal control procedures.
• Managing monthly and quarterly VAT filings while reconciling VAT input and output to ensure adherence to Saudi VAT legislation.
• Staying current on tax law updates and revising internal processes as needed.
• Conducting thorough analysis of company financial data, including cash flow, expenses, and profitability metrics.
• Preparing detailed management reports and performance dashboards to aid strategic decision-making.
• Supervising junior accountants and finance assistants by assigning tasks, reviewing work for accuracy, and providing training on accounting standards and compliance procedures.
• Overseeing general accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities to align with business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Minimum of five years’ experience specifically in VAT filing within the Saudi Arabian regulatory framework.
• Strong knowledge of ZATCA regulations, VAT laws, and zakat filing requirements.
• Proven experience managing audit processes and working with external auditors.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior finance staff.
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills to effectively convey financial insights.
