Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide dedicated support to a verbal autistic child based in Al Furjan, Dubai. This role focuses on enhancing the child’s communication and social skills through a nurturing, play-based approach.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the child both at home and school, encouraging speech development, social interaction, and independence. Duties include one-on-one support during school hours as well as engaging activities at home throughout school holidays.

Work Schedule

• During school holidays: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM – home-based support
• From September onwards: School hours from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, accompanying the child at school

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience working with autistic or neurodivergent children is highly preferred
• Ability to implement play-based methods to facilitate learning and development
• Strong patience, empathy, and energy to engage actively with the child
• Capability to promote verbal communication, social interaction, and self-reliance

Additional Information

This position is specifically open to candidates holding a husband’s visa. The monthly salary offered is AED 2,200.
