We are urgently looking for experienced Senior and Junior Baristas to join our teams at Umbrella Beach, Kalba, Dibba, and Fujairah. If you have a passion for crafting quality coffee and delivering excellent customer service, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior or Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers while maintaining cleanliness and organization within your workspace. Additionally, you will assist in training junior staff and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience as a barista.
• Proficient in espresso machine operation and coffee preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates from Nepal and the Philippines are preferred for these positions, reflecting the company’s commitment to diverse and skilled talent.
