Job Overview
We are looking to urgently hire skilled Senior and Junior Baristas to join our teams across multiple locations including Umbrella Beach, Kalba, Dibba, and Fujairah. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are preferred in this fast-paced and customer-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
Both Senior and Junior Baristas will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and related beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with customers
- Focus on hygiene and maintaining a clean working environment
- Preference given to candidates from Nepal and the Philippines
