Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be pivotal in streamlining the company’s value chain by enhancing transparency around monthly demand forecasts, identifying constraints, and uncovering opportunities. You will play a key role in fulfilling customer orders while collaborating closely with project teams to optimize inventory, production planning, and support new business integrations and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily activities will include collaborating with Country Managers, Brand Managers, and Finance teams to analyze market trends and align demand forecasts with supply plans. You will manage short and mid-term supply planning requirements according to the S&OP process, continuously improving planning methods to minimize losses such as damaged goods, aging inventory, and stock-outs.

Additional duties include coordinating the full order lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company policies. You will proactively manage demand and supply challenges by running scenario analyses, communicating potential impacts, and recommending solutions. Maintaining and publishing KPIs monthly, you will perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.

Building and nurturing strong relationships with commercial teams and distributors is essential for meeting business objectives. You will also contribute to implementing planning tools such as Demand Sensing and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), supporting value-creation projects like cost-to-serve and network optimization initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Background in the FMCG industry, ideally within the Middle East market.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of cost management.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams in a project-driven environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP and E2Open tools is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
