​Location & Details: Dubai, UAE | Full-time | 5-10 Years Exp
​Required Skills and Qualifications
​5-10 years of IT Infrastructure / Networking / Avaya sales experience in UAE.
​Strong knowledge of:
​Avaya Telephony & Contact Center Solutions
​Cisco / Networking Infrastructure
​Structured Cabling & Data Center Solutions
​Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
​Strong negotiation and closing skills.
​Experience working with enterprise clients in UAE (Government, BFSI, Hospitality, Healthcare preferred).
​Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred).
​Preferred Qualifications
​Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
​Vendor certifications (Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) are an added advantage.
​Experience in CX / Contact Center transformation solutions is highly desirable.
​Existing relationships with UAE enterprise customers is a strong plus.
