Victory Line Introduction Financial Service LLC is seeking motivated Tele Sales Executives to join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and customer service, with opportunities for both freshers and those with prior telemarketing experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through phone conversations, advising them on their financial portfolios, and helping meet or exceed sales targets. Building and maintaining customer relationships is essential, as is collaborating effectively within a team. Occasional client meetings will also be required to strengthen customer connections.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar customer service or sales role is preferred, though freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: Malayalam, Hindi/Urdu, Telugu, Kannada.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively and achieve sales goals effectively.

Employment Details

This opportunity is available as a full-time, permanent position or internship, accommodating various career stages. The role is based in Dubai, operating in-person at the company’s office.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is between AED 2,000 and AED 8,000 monthly, dependent on experience and performance. Beyond the base pay, employees are eligible for high commissions, bonuses, and other incentives designed to reward successful sales achievements.
