Cars4me CARS, a prominent used car dealership based in the heart of Dubai, is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join their dynamic team. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding customer preferences and vehicle requirements through effective communication
• Presenting vehicle features and benefits clearly and persuasively
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of inventory and active promotions to offer the best options
• Building trusting relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business
• Consistently meeting or surpassing monthly sales targets by proactive engagement and follow-ups
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to boost showroom performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation
• High energy, confidence, and drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Effective presentation and negotiation abilities
• A passion for cars and familiarity with the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory

Experience

Applicants should ideally have 1 to 2 years of experience in automotive sales. Freshers with a keen interest in sales and cars are encouraged to apply. Experience in the UAE automotive market will be an added advantage.

Benefits and Compensation

Cars4me CARS offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from AED 2,500 to AED 6,000. This includes a basic salary plus commission based on performance. Additional benefits include medical insurance in compliance with UAE law, visa sponsorship, accommodation support, biannual salary increments, as well as comprehensive training and ongoing support. Further benefits may be available depending on the candidate’s qualifications.

Location and Work Environment

This position is based in Dubai, and candidates must be willing to relocate if not already residing in the city. You’ll be working within a team-driven environment focused on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales excellence in a thriving and fast-paced marketplace.
