We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Filipina to join our team in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai, as a Sales Executive cum Receptionist. This dual-role position offers a unique blend of sales responsibilities alongside administrative and reception duties, ideal for an organized individual with strong communication skills and experience in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing front-desk operations while actively contributing to sales activities. You will handle quotations, prepare offers, and manage documentation, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. The position demands excellent coordination to support daily administrative tasks and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers.

Required Skills and Experience

• Filipina nationality is required for this role.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in administration or reception within the UAE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
• Familiarity with Odoo and ERP systems will be highly advantageous.
• Experience preparing quotations, offers, and related documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, presentable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
