We are seeking a skilled and energetic Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize retail operations across multiple stores in the GCC region. This role is perfect for someone passionate about retail, customer service, and driving sales growth within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Retail Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the entire retail management lifecycle. This includes implementing and maintaining retail procedures, ensuring smooth store operations, and supervising staff across several retail outlets.

• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of retail sales teams to boost performance and meet financial targets.
• Collaborate closely with buying, marketing, and other departments to achieve retail objectives.
• Conduct regular store visits and travel throughout regional locations to monitor operations and enforce standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and retail industry regulations.
• Handle customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail operations or a similar leadership role such as Area Manager or Regional Manager.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Excellent multitasking abilities paired with outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work retail hours as needed.
