Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Assistant and Sales Associate to join our aquarium shop team located in Karama, Dubai. This dual role requires a professional who can efficiently handle office administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service and sales support in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office administration duties, including data entry and record keeping.
• Assist customers with sales inquiries and provide product information.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle related paperwork.
• Utilize Tally Accounting software and Microsoft Office tools to maintain financial and operational records.
• Coordinate between office and retail operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Sales Associate, or in a similar capacity is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Tally Accounting software is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Able to multitask and balance office duties with sales responsibilities effectively.
• Residency within the UAE and availability to start immediately.
• Valid residency visa with more than five days remaining is compulsory.

Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between AED 2,500 and AED 2,750.
• Employment visa and medical insurance covered by the employer.
