Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Female Sales Promoter to join our dynamic sales team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer engagement and proven experience in sales or promotional activities. Candidates who can start immediately are preferred, offering a competitive salary in the range of AED 2,200 to AED 2,500.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell various products to customers.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Ensure products are attractively displayed and readily available for customers.
• Prepare and submit basic sales reports to track progress and performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or promotional roles is highly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Proven interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
• Experience working within the UAE market is advantageous.
