REMAX Commercial Investments Realty Dubai is actively seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with extensive expertise in the UAE real estate market. This role primarily focuses on Off-Plan and Secondary property sales. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience, demonstrating a proven track record in driving sales and leading successful teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a dynamic sales team specializing in Off-Plan and Secondary properties.
• Develop effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
• Motivate and mentor team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Leverage existing networks and teams to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in UAE real estate sales, particularly in Off-Plan and Secondary markets.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and guiding sales teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to foster relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates with an established sales team ready to join are highly preferred.
