We are seeking a motivated and personable Counter Sales Associate to join a reputable company based in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with prior retail experience, a keen eye for product presentation, and strong customer service skills. The position involves managing sales transactions, supporting sales promoters, and ensuring a smooth customer experience at the store counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, handling both cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain the sales till by closing out at the end of each business day.
• Communicate store policies clearly and professionally to customers.
• Support and coordinate with sales promoters to achieve sales targets.
• Display products effectively to attract customer interest and enhance merchandising standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Pleasing personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Retail experience with proficiency in product merchandising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
• Ability to work confidently with sales promoters and manage customer transactions efficiently.
• Basic numeracy and cash handling skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000, plus commission. Additional benefits include a visa and other employment advantages.
