Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Officer specializing in aluminum for a semi-government manufacturing company based in Dubai. This role demands a seasoned professional with over six years of proven expertise in aluminum sourcing and procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and driving continuous improvement to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement process for aluminum materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts that align with company goals.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align procurement strategies with production needs.
• Implement procurement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6 years experience in aluminum procurement, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities.
• In-depth understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
