We are currently looking for a dedicated Purchaser and Warehouse Assistant to support our operations in Al Awir. These roles are ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to a better tomorrow through fresh produce management.

Purchaser Key Responsibilities and Requirements

The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing and procuring fresh produce and related supplies efficiently. Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management are critical to ensuring product availability and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate must have experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the fresh produce or an allied sector.

• Manage supplier communications and contracts to support business needs
• Monitor inventory levels to coordinate timely purchase orders
• Maintain accurate records using MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
• Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
• Hold a valid UAE driving license and be based in Dubai

Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Warehouse Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the logistics and storage side of our fresh produce operations. This position demands keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory
• Support stock handling, including lifting and moving goods as necessary
• Ensure the warehouse operates smoothly with minimal disruptions
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area
• Be physically fit and willingness to undertake manual handling tasks
• Experience in warehouse or logistics, especially in fresh produce, is advantageous
• Must be located in Dubai
