Job Overview

Sayfi Greens is seeking a motivated Purchaser and Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Al Awir, Dubai. This dual role involves managing procurement activities and supporting warehouse operations, especially within the fresh produce sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills, excellent organizational abilities, and hands-on experience in logistics or purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing and procurement tasks, with a preference for experience in fresh produce sourcing.
• Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Manage inventory and assist with warehouse operations including stock handling and logistics coordination.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and reliability.
• Utilize MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, to manage purchase orders and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably with fresh produce.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• For warehouse assistant duties: physical fitness and the ability to handle stock efficiently in a busy environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dubai at Sayfi Greens’ facilities in Al Awir. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic, fast-moving warehouse and procurement setting where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential.
