We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in printing who are skilled at managing supplier relationships and optimizing purchasing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating costs, and maintaining inventory records to support smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Officer will develop strategic plans to purchase quality materials at the best prices, build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers and clients, and maintain accurate inventory reports. Additionally, the role involves forecasting demand to prepare for upcoming needs and supporting management with timely updates on purchasing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu.
• Ability to establish effective purchasing procedures that help reduce company expenses.
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices related to procurement.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in the printing industry will be given priority for this position.
