Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Sourcing Specialist to join our expanding operations in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for a commercially focused professional with a strong background in procurement, particularly within the UAE market. The successful candidate will support various sourcing activities, ensuring efficient supply chain management and cost-effective purchasing to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement and Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process. This includes sourcing equipment, vehicles, manpower requirements, facilities management materials, PPE, tools, consumables, spare parts, and other operational essentials. The role involves conducting RFQ and RFP processes, supplier evaluations, quotation comparisons, and negotiating favorable prices and contract terms. Coordination with various departments such as Operations, Finance, Sales, and Projects is essential to ensure timely delivery and alignment with budgetary controls. Additionally, the specialist will develop new suppliers, manage vendor performance, and oversee procurement documentation and contract coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on procurement and sourcing experience, preferably within the UAE market.
• Established network of UAE-based suppliers and vendors is highly advantageous.
• Proven expertise in sourcing a wide range of materials and services including equipment, manpower, facilities, and consumables.
• Strong skills in RFQ/RFP management, supplier analysis, price negotiation, and purchase order handling.
• Ability to identify and onboard new suppliers, subcontractors, rental companies, and service providers.
• Excellent commercial negotiation capabilities that drive competitive pricing, advantageous payment terms, and cost reductions.
• Experience with vendor prequalification, supplier performance assessments, and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or procurement software systems.
• Clear communication skills in English are essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Preference given to candidates experienced in rental, facilities management, manpower, construction, industrial services, logistics, or contracting sectors.
• Currently based in the UAE with availability for immediate joining or local transfer.
