Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Hospital Procurement Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is integral to managing the supply chain and procurement of medical consumables and equipment essential to hospital operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare procurement, excellent negotiation abilities, and proficiency with industry-standard procurement software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process of medical supplies and consumables to ensure timely availability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers within the healthcare sector.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to optimize costs while maintaining high standards.
• Utilize procurement systems such as SAP-MM, SAP Ariba, and Oracle for order management and tracking.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.

Required Skills

• In-depth understanding of healthcare supply chain management and procurement procedures.
• Strong negotiation skills tailored to the medical and healthcare supply industry.
• Proficiency in procurement software platforms including SAP-MM, SAP Ariba, Oracle, and advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and generate procurement reports.
